Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- • travelsmartvisa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

- • Claims must be brought within one (1) year of the event

Binding Arbitration Agreement
